The Marketing Officer will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding brand presence, and ensuring customer retention.

He will be accountable for driving both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, establishing measurable objectives to ensure strategic alignment and performance excellence.

Oversee the execution of critical assignments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Deliver strategic input to refine processes and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that address evolving business needs. Maintain rigorous adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements in all activities. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional growth and development. Monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-informed decision-making.

Responsible for generating new business prospects and providing essential assistance to the sales team, the Lead Generation & Sales Support role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads. This position requires a proactive approach to outreach, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with sales representatives to convert opportunities into revenue. Key duties include conducting market research, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM records, and supporting sales initiatives through targeted strategies. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, along with proficiency in CRM tools and a results-driven mindset.

Leverage multiple channels—including Google, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and offline avenues such as estates, offices, and referrals—to identify and cultivate potential leads.

Respond to inquiries received through WhatsApp, telephone, and email, converting them into confirmed bookings.

Collaborate with the operations team to prepare and finalize job quotes and close sales agreements.

Oversee digital marketing initiatives and content creation, focusing on Meta ads and Google My Business to drive traffic from “cleaning services near me” searches.

Craft compelling content including before-and-after photographs, client testimonials, and reels that vividly showcase our cleaning methodology. Ensure posts are published regularly to engage and attract potential customers.

Consistently publish content three to four times per week across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Maintain a professional and trustworthy social media feed by ensuring all content aligns with company values and standards. Prioritize accuracy, transparency, and reliability in every post to foster audience trust and engagement.

Oversee the administration of the WhatsApp Business catalog as well as broadcast lists to ensure efficient communication and organization.

We design marketing materials, including flyers, banners, and branded uniforms, aligned with our logo and brand colors. Additionally, we collaborate with estate managers, facility managers, and event planners to secure business-to-business contracts.

Engage with local markets, trade fairs, and networking events on behalf of the company to enhance brand visibility and foster professional connections.

We manage customer retention by implementing WhatsApp and SMS reminders for recurring cleaning services, conducting post-service follow-ups, and requesting referrals. Additionally, we gather Google reviews and testimonials, aiming for a rating of 4.8 or higher. Customer feedback is monitored and compiled, with recurring complaints escalated to the operations team for resolution.
