Job Summary

Our client is in search of a dynamic Brand & Marketing Manager with a strategic and innovative mindset to spearhead brand expansion, implement cohesive marketing strategies, and deepen audience connections.

This position is responsible for overseeing campaigns, establishing and nurturing partnerships, securing sponsorships, and cultivating stakeholder relationships to amplify brand presence and drive alignment with key business goals across all channels.

Oversee and execute a wide array of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success. Lead and mentor teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and implement improvements that enhance productivity and profitability. Act as a liaison between departments to streamline communication, resolve conflicts, and promote cohesive workflows. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards while maintaining a commitment to safety and sustainability.

Formulate and execute brand and marketing strategies that are in harmony with established business goals.

Perform comprehensive market research to gain insights into audience behavior patterns, emerging market trends, and competitive actions.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing initiatives spanning digital, print, outdoor, and broadcast mediums to maximize campaign reach and engagement.

Collaborate with internal marketing teams encompassing content creation, design, and social media management to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance audience engagement and maximize return on investment.

Develop, negotiate, and oversee sponsorship opportunities and key strategic alliances to enhance organizational reach and impact.

Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with corporate entities, key stakeholders, and pertinent institutions to foster collaborative relationships.

Conduct thorough research to identify potential grant opportunities while maintaining strict adherence to all associated reporting requirements.

Monitor marketing key performance indicators and compile performance reports for management evaluation.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities efficiently. Attention to detail and the capacity to work independently are also critical. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is highly valued.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field is required.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of five to seven years of professional experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or closely related fields.

Proven leadership experience in directing and managing teams to achieve organizational objectives, ensuring collaboration and productivity among team members.

Proven expertise in integrated marketing, brand strategy, and corporate communications.

With a proven track record in overseeing strategic alliances, sponsorship initiatives, corporate collaborations, and event execution, you bring demonstrated expertise to the role. Your background includes successfully managing relationships and initiatives in these key areas, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable impact.

Proven ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.

Exceptional ability to manage stakeholders effectively and coordinate team efforts seamlessly.

Proven capability in evaluating campaign effectiveness and refining approaches to enhance engagement levels and return on investment.
