Role Description

The Relationship Manager position is a full-time, on-site role located in Papa.

The Relationship Manager is tasked with cultivating and overseeing relationships with corporate, commercial, and high-value clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business prospects.

The role involves evaluating client requirements, proposing tailored financial strategies, tracking account performance metrics, and advancing the bank’s financial objectives.

Additional duties include guaranteeing customer satisfaction, upholding regulatory compliance, and delivering expert industry perspectives to clients.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of three years of professional experience in software development is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is necessary. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms are highly valued. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality code through rigorous testing and review processes.

A minimum of four years of relevant experience at a Bachelor’s degree level or higher is required.
