You will report to the Head of Architecture and Design (Hoad). Essential skills for this role include strong problem-solving abilities, independent judgment, creative thinking, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure. Active participation in weekly Command Centre Meetings is required, and you may be invited to contribute to policy development in alignment with the Safritecture Business Model.
The (Mad)CC oversees the enhancement and efficiency of Safritecture’s operations while providing strategic direction to ensure seamless functionality. Additionally, they lead staff development initiatives aimed at fostering professional growth and elevating overall organizational effectiveness.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will design strategic plans to enhance business operations, provide expert guidance to department leaders, and ensure adherence to tax regulations.
