Main Functions
Assess and provide feedback on discipline engineering activities conducted by internal teams as well as Contractors and subcontractors to verify compliance with project specifications, corporate standards, and regulatory obligations.
Delivers discipline engineering and design processes in a manner that ensures alignment with the project’s established goals, objectives, and procedures.
Ensures precise and prompt exchange of information among the Project Team and other organizational departments regarding discipline-specific engineering tasks, progress updates, and potential challenges.
In addition to technical proficiency, candidates must exhibit strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.

In addition to fulfilling all Level 1 responsibilities, Level 2 tasks include managing more complex projects, overseeing junior team members, and ensuring adherence to advanced operational standards. This role requires a deeper understanding of company policies, the ability to troubleshoot intricate issues, and the capacity to implement process improvements. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and proficiency in relevant software are essential, along with the capability to mentor colleagues and maintain high performance under pressure.
Engage in or spearhead risk assessments, including consequence analyses such as toxic gas dispersion modeling.
To establish and maintain safety standards, procedures, instructions, and codes, formalizing them into documented company practices as mandated.

Possesses comprehensive expertise in discipline-specific design standards, technical specifications, codes, and applicable safety protocols.
Demonstrates resilience in managing stringent deadlines, substantial workloads, and dynamic shifts in priorities with agility and composure.
Skilled in utilizing the full Microsoft Office software suite effectively.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in English—both written and verbal—with a strong emphasis on clarity and precision in technical and business contexts.
