Candidates must meet the following criteria: a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additionally, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
A bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
Holders of a TRCN certification and relevant educational qualifications are required.
A background in GSM/mobile phone repairs or computer hardware maintenance, ideally with a recognized certification or hands-on experience, is preferred.
A minimum of three years of instructional experience in either a secondary educational setting or a technical training program is required.
Proficient understanding of information and communication technologies, computer systems, troubleshooting methodologies, and mobile device repair techniques is required.
