Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant systems through systematic troubleshooting and analysis.
Execute repairs and install replacement components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control boards.
Safely manage refrigerants by performing recovery, recycling, and recharging procedures in accordance with established protocols to ensure environmental compliance and system efficiency.
Maintain precise documentation of service activities and provide clients with guidance on enhancing energy efficiency.
Handle incoming emergency breakdown calls promptly and efficiently, ensuring clear communication with affected drivers to provide necessary assistance and guidance.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least three years of professional experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is mandatory, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects efficiently. Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices is highly desirable.
A recognized qualification such as an OND, Trade Test Certificate, or an equivalent credential in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (R&A), Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
