Job Summary
A meticulous and proactive Estate Surveyor is required to enhance our team’s capabilities.
The successful applicant will conduct property valuations, oversee estate management, perform property inspections, analyze market trends, and maintain efficient stewardship of real estate assets—all while providing exceptional client service.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, compliance, and sustainability. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to drive project success. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Serve as a liaison between departments, stakeholders, and external partners to align objectives and resolve conflicts. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and quality benchmarks while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Perform appraisals of diverse real estate properties to determine their market value.
Oversee residential, commercial, and industrial properties, ensuring efficient management and operational excellence throughout the portfolio.
Conduct thorough property inspections and compile comprehensive reports detailing findings with precision and clarity.
Identify and promote available properties for sale, lease, or acquisition through strategic sourcing and marketing initiatives.
Provide strategic guidance to clients regarding property investments, current market trends, and real estate opportunities.
Craft comprehensive valuation reports, conduct thorough feasibility studies, and develop detailed property management reports.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, government entities, and relevant stakeholders to address property-related inquiries and initiatives.
Ensure adherence to applicable real estate legislation, governing regulations, and established professional guidelines.
Seeking a highly motivated candidate with exceptional organizational and communication skills, proficient in project management, and capable of working under pressure. Must have a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate records. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools is required, and prior leadership experience is highly desirable.
A degree in Estate Management or a closely related discipline, such as OND, HND, or B.Sc., is required.
With a minimum of two to three years of practical experience in estate surveying, property valuation, or real estate management, candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of the field.
Proficiency in property valuation methodologies and an understanding of real estate market dynamics are essential.
Exceptional verbal and written communication prowess, along with refined negotiation and interpersonal capabilities, is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and property management systems is considered beneficial.
