Candidates must satisfy the following prerequisites:
A minimum of five years’ experience in a comparable role is essential, alongside a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL is mandatory, along with experience in financial modeling or reporting. Strong interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is critical. Additionally, familiarity with ERP systems and ERP implementation methodologies proves advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a comparable discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with at least three to five years of hands-on experience in architectural design and project oversight.
Skilled in utilizing AutoCAD, Refit, Ketchup, Union, Archibald, or comparable design software platforms is required.
Proficient in architectural standards, construction methodologies, and building codes.
