Description

A highly organized Finance Executive is required to oversee the financial aspects of marketing and field operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee budget tracking, process advances, review expenses, perform reconciliations, and ensure prompt financial closure of all activities.

Key duties involve overseeing daily operations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring project deadlines are consistently met. Accountability extends to delivering high-quality outputs while maintaining strict adherence to budgetary constraints and organizational policies. Collaboration with stakeholders at all levels is essential to drive alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution. Additionally, the role requires proactive problem-solving, fostering innovation, and optimizing processes to enhance overall productivity and efficiency. Regular performance reviews, data analysis, and reporting mechanisms are implemented to track progress and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Oversee and track the allocation and utilization of funds within operational budgets to ensure fiscal compliance and alignment with strategic objectives.

Process and monitor approved advances to ensure accurate financial transactions and maintain thorough records.

Ensure precise verification and booking of all expenses.

Reconcile all advances and expense claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with established financial policies and procedures.

Facilitate the prompt completion of liquidation processes and finalize all financial activities in a timely manner.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation are maintained at all times.

Facilitate the preparation and submission of accurate reports to meet regulatory and organizational compliance standards.

Seeking a highly motivated professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in industry-standard software applications. Additionally, the position demands the ability to multitask efficiently, work under tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively across departments. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges are essential for success in this role.

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with three to five years of hands-on experience in financial operations, budget oversight, or expense administration.

Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and LOOKUP/LOOKUP, with a preference for candidates who also have experience using Power Query.

Proven expertise in managing advances, processing expense claims, and performing reconciliations.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and exceptional follow-through capabilities.

Proficiency in sales, marketing, or field operations support is considered a valuable asset.
