Our ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial management or auditing. Proficiency in GAAP, tax regulations, and financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP is essential. Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data are required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Prior leadership experience and a CPA certification are highly advantageous.
The ideal candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree exclusively, earned from a recognized and accredited institution.
