The AP Graduate Trainee Program stands as a vibrant early-career pathway meticulously crafted to identify, develop, and accelerate outstanding graduates toward becoming future industry leaders in the energy sector.
Applicants must meet the following prerequisites to be considered for this position. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required. Candidates should possess at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, along with excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with current regulations and best practices in the field is also necessary.
A bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper Division, 2:1) from a recognized university is required. Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree in Engineering (such as Chemical, Petroleum, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Electrical) or Business-related disciplines.
A minimum of five (5) O’ level credits, including Mathematics and English Language, must be attained in a single examination sitting.
Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program, verified by a valid discharge certificate, is a prerequisite. Moreover, the candidate must exhibit flexibility to relocate anywhere within Nigeria as needed.
