Oversee front office, middle office, and back office personnel to guarantee prompt and effective service delivery for Private Banking clients.

Ensure all client transactions and investment portfolios strictly adhere to the client’s specified mandate, maintaining seamless and compliant operational flow.

Educate clients within the wealth management arena by delivering tailored financial advisory services designed to optimize their investment choices.

Evaluate client profiles to confirm that investment strategies align with established mandates, risk profiles, and risk tolerance levels.

Foster a high-performance sales and service culture by providing coaching, guidance, and motivation to team members.

Collaborate closely with the Private Banking team to formulate and refine budgets and performance targets, driving the department toward both monthly and annual objectives.

Authorize capital and operational expenditures for the Hub in accordance with the approvals granted by the GH.

Maintain Hub operating expenses in adherence to the approved financial budget.

Must have 5 years of experience as a software engineer, with proficiency in Python, Java, or C++. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with experience in full-stack development, API design, and database management. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment are essential. Prior experience in cloud services, such as AWS or Azure, is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills are necessary to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A minimum of a 2:2 classification in an undergraduate degree is required.

A postgraduate degree in business or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent professional qualification (though this is not a mandatory requirement).

With a minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience in the banking sector or a closely related field, candidates should demonstrate a strong background in financial services.

Candidates with prior involvement in Asset & Wealth Management or Investment Banking will be given preference.

We require expertise in portfolio management strategies and asset allocation techniques to effectively oversee investment portfolios and optimize asset distribution. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and risk management practices to ensure informed decision-making. Additionally, familiarity with performance measurement tools and reporting methodologies is essential for evaluating portfolio outcomes and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Proficient in Customer Profiling methodologies and Risk Assessment frameworks, with a strong emphasis on identifying key behavioral indicators and potential risk factors. Adept at analyzing client data to develop detailed risk profiles, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Skilled in utilizing both qualitative and quantitative techniques to evaluate customer risk levels and mitigate potential threats to business integrity.
