The Human Resources department is responsible for overseeing the organization’s workforce, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a productive work environment. The Talent Management Lead will spearhead the creation and execution of talent management strategies that support organizational objectives. Ensure full adherence to all labor legislation, internal HR policies, and established organizational standards.

Oversee the upkeep of HR records, workforce analytics, reports, and management dashboards to ensure accuracy and accessibility of critical HR data.

Drive innovation in human resources by enhancing processes, advancing digitalization efforts, and supporting initiatives that elevate organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a comparable discipline is required.

A recognized HR professional certification such as CPM, CIPD, SHAM, RCI, or an equivalent credential is required for this position.

With a minimum of seven years of experience in Human Resources, including at least three years dedicated to Talent Management, Recruitment, or Learning & Development, candidates are expected to bring a strong background in these specialized areas.

Experienced in driving performance, acquiring top talent, fostering employee growth, and enhancing engagement initiatives.

Proficient understanding of Nigerian labor regulations and established HR best practices is required.

Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, analytical reasoning, clear communication, and proficient project management.
