A minimum of seven years of professional HR experience is required, with at least three of those years dedicated to Talent Management, Recruitment, or Learning & Development.

Demonstrated expertise in performance management, talent acquisition, employee development, and engagement is essential.

Proficient understanding of Nigerian labor legislation and leading HR principles is essential.
