Verify electrical installations to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, focusing on key components such as substations, transformers, and switchgear, as well as all associated power systems. Conduct thorough inspections, testing, and maintenance to confirm functionality, reliability, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Document findings accurately and recommend corrective actions or improvements as necessary.

Experienced professionals in distribution systems, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), cabling infrastructure, lighting solutions, earthing systems, and lightning protection mechanisms are sought for this role. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting these critical electrical components to ensure operational reliability and safety compliance. A deep understanding of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices is essential for delivering efficient and resilient systems.

A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Power Engineering, or a closely related field is required.

Professional registration with a recognized body, including CORE, PE, Cent, or an equivalent credential, is required.

At the Associate Level, candidates must possess a minimum of six years of pertinent experience, while at the Consultant Level, a minimum of twelve years of relevant expertise is required in industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, fertilizer, power generation, transmission, or major infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems including HV, MV and LV networks, substations, switchgear, transformers, protection systems and power distribution.

Proficient in adhering to IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and other pertinent industry standards.

Experience in consulting, owner’s engineering, EPC/EPCM, third-party inspection, project assurance, or technical auditing will be highly advantageous.

Preferred credentials include relevant professional certifications that demonstrate expertise and commitment to the field.

Seeking candidates with credentials such as PMP, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, BOSH, IEEE Membership, Electrical Safety Certification, or equivalent certifications in Protection and Control.
