Oversee a comprehensive range of duties, including strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align departmental goals with broader company initiatives. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across all business functions.

Evaluate electrical engineering deliverables and technical submissions provided by contractors to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.

Conduct thorough inspections of electrical installations, such as substations, transformers, switchgear, and power systems, to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Design, installation, and maintenance of distribution systems, motor control centers (MCCs), cabling infrastructure, lighting systems, grounding (earthing) arrangements, and lightning protection systems.

Perform thorough site inspections and technical audits to verify adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and all project requirements.

Ensure project advancement aligns with established milestones and contribute specialized technical expertise to the certification of contractor payments.

Analyze and assess potential technical risks, discrepancies from established standards, and quality-related issues to ensure project integrity and compliance.

Draft comprehensive assurance reports and provide strategic recommendations to enhance organizational processes and mitigate risks.

Seeking a candidate who meets the following qualifications: a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong communication skills. The ideal applicant should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Additionally, familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is highly desirable.

Hold an accredited degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Power Engineering, or a comparable field.

A recognized professional credential, including but not limited to CORE, PE, or Cent, is required.

For Associate Level positions, a minimum of six years of relevant experience is required, while Consultant Level roles demand a minimum of twelve years of applicable expertise in industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, fertilizer, power generation, transmission, or major infrastructure projects.

Experienced with high-voltage (HV), medium-voltage (MV), and low-voltage (LV) systems, substations, switchgear, transformers, protection mechanisms, and power distribution networks.

Proficient in IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and other relevant industry standards.

Experience in consulting, serving as an owner’s engineer, or involvement in EPC/EPCM projects, third-party inspection, project assurance, or technical audits will be highly advantageous.

Seeking candidates with preferred certifications highlighting advanced expertise and industry recognition. Ideal applicants will possess credentials such as PMP, CPA, or CISSP, demonstrating specialized knowledge and commitment to professional growth. These certifications should align with the role’s technical or leadership requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices.

Required qualifications include a PMP certification, Lead Auditor accreditation for ISO 9001, BOSH certification, IEEE Membership, Electrical Safety Certification, and Protection and Control Certification, or an equivalent credential.
