As the most senior creative and strategic leader within the Content & Branding department, the Lead Brand Manager serves as the definitive voice, shaping every facet of client brand perception, communication, and growth. This role encompasses full creative direction authority, ensuring final approval on all content—dictating its visual, auditory, and experiential execution prior to launch.

What you’ll do

Conduct all client onboarding sessions in collaboration with other heads of department, establishing the foundation for long-term success from the outset.

Perform comprehensive brand audits for each new client, evaluating key elements such as tone of voice, brand personality, target audience, core messaging pillars, and visual identity.

Match team members to the appropriate brands by evaluating their qualifications, availability, and expertise.

You will be fully responsible for maintaining the health and reputation of all brands within your assigned portfolio.

Oversee the development and implementation of creative direction once final authorization is granted by the Head of Department, ensuring all content meets standards prior to publication.

Provide leadership and oversight to Junior Brand Managers, offering mentorship while evaluating their briefs and fostering their professional development.

Develop and uphold a comprehensive grasp of HARD Media’s branding philosophy, which equates branding with perception.

Employ AI tools to enhance research, brand analysis, and strategic planning, leveraging them as powerful accelerators rather than mere shortcuts.

Work jointly with Content Strategists to guarantee all written materials adhere to the distinct voice of each brand.

As a client-facing professional, you must exhibit confidence and the ability to independently secure new clients while maintaining strong, lasting relationships with existing ones.

What we’re looking for

Experienced professionals with at least three years in brand management, creative strategy, or brand consulting are encouraged to apply.

A robust portfolio showcasing brand work spanning a minimum of three distinct industries is essential.

Profound insight into the mechanisms by which brand perception is cultivated via content.

Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI-driven tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity, for conducting comprehensive research and developing strategic solutions.

You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to craft clear, concise, and actionable briefs that effectively guide readers.
