Job Summary

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is required.
Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Proven capacity to guide and motivate a team while effectively resolving complex issues.
Proficient in utilizing computer systems and software with a strong command of essential applications and tools.
Professional experience in hospitality, operations, or customer service, while beneficial, is not a prerequisite for this role.
