Job Summary

We seek a highly organized and proactive Laundry Manager to lead daily laundry operations, oversee staff performance, uphold quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.

A suitable candidate for this position is a diligent, astute professional with strong leadership capabilities and an eagerness to expand their skill set.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive performance improvements. Collaborate across departments to foster cohesive teamwork and achieve cross-functional goals. Maintain rigorous compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Monitor progress through data-driven analysis, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions as needed. Lead projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

Oversee the daily execution of laundry-related tasks to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Oversee, mentor, and assist the laundry personnel to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Maintain rigorous quality standards while consistently meeting delivery timelines to uphold operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Track inventory levels and oversee the management of laundry supplies to ensure adequate stock availability for operational needs.

Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency.

Ensure that cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are consistently upheld.

Compile routine operational reports and maintain organized records as part of standard procedures.

Requirements

A degree in any discipline, including a Bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND), is required.

Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and convey information clearly and effectively.

Demonstrated capacity to effectively guide a team and resolve challenges with strategic insight and decisive action.

Demonstrates competence in using computers and related software applications effectively.

Professional experience in hospitality, operations, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
