Job Summary

We are currently recruiting a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Laundry Manager to lead daily operational activities, provide leadership to the team, uphold stringent quality benchmarks, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Oversee critical operational duties, including strategic planning, team leadership, and performance optimization to achieve organizational objectives. Oversee the daily operations of the laundry department.

Oversee, mentor, and assist the laundry team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to standards.

Maintain rigorous quality standards while delivering services promptly to meet or exceed client expectations.

Oversee inventory levels and laundry supply quantities to ensure adequate availability.

Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, delivering solutions with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.

Compile routine operational reports and maintain accurate records to document business activities.

As a qualified candidate, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Strong analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in relevant software and tools. Excellent communication abilities are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, prior experience in a similar role or industry is highly desired, and knowledge of relevant regulations or standards is beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is required.

Exceptional ability to organize tasks efficiently and convey information clearly.

Demonstrates strong leadership skills and effective problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and systems with confidence and efficiency.

While prior experience in hospitality, operations, or customer service is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite for consideration.
