Job Summary

We seek a highly organized and proactive Laundry Manager to lead daily laundry operations, direct staff, uphold quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Oversee and execute core operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation across assigned functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and enhance overall performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating emerging trends, adopting advanced methodologies, and recommending data-driven solutions. Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is required.

Exceptional organizational abilities and adept communication skills are essential for this role.

Proven leadership skills are essential for guiding and motivating a team effectively. Additionally, strong problem-solving abilities are required to address challenges and drive solutions efficiently.

Proficient in fundamental computer skills, including familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and general office tools.

Proficiency in hospitality, operations, or customer service, while beneficial, is not mandatory.
