Role Description
The role involves preparing reports and proposals on land acquisition opportunities, monitoring market trends, and maintaining accurate records of land banks and transactions.
The Land Bank Officer also collaborates closely with the sales, legal, and project teams to support smooth acquisition processes and timely project delivery.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of real estate, land acquisition, and property development processes.
Proficiency in land documentation review, due diligence, and basic legal and regulatory compliance related to property.
Effective communication and report-writing abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to conduct field inspections, interpret surveys, and understand basic land measurement and mapping concepts.
Good organizational and planning skills, with the capacity to manage multiple land acquisition projects simultaneously.
Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and document management software) for record-keeping and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Office Management, Library Science or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in land banking, property acquisition, or real estate transactions within Lagos and its environs is an advantage.
Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical business practices.
