Job Summary
African Steel Mill is currently seeking applications from qualified individuals for the position of Graduate Trainees specializing in Mechanical Engineering.
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant professional experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with experience with software development methodologies and tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset are required, along with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with cloud platforms, databases, or DevOps practices is preferred but not mandatory.
A relevant engineering discipline requires either an HND or a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence in industrial environments.
Proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving is essential.
