Purpose

We aim to automate business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Custom Connectors. Our goal is to enhance operational efficiency across various departments by developing scalable, secure, and intuitive solutions.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including strategic planning, team leadership, and operational oversight to ensure organizational goals are met. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity across departments. Collaborate with senior management to align initiatives with long-term objectives while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and report findings to stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, cultivating a high-performing and motivated workforce. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity. Serve as a key liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Design, implement, and deploy automated workflows through Power Automate to enhance efficiency by reducing manual tasks and expediting approval processes.

Develop tailored connectors within the Power Platform to enhance application functionality and facilitate seamless integration with external systems.

Design and refine SQL queries to accurately extract, transform, and load data from diverse data sources efficiently.

Develop and oversee REST API integrations to connect Power Platform solutions with external applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.

Implement automation workflows for desktop applications through platforms such as Selenium and Power Automate Desktop, specifically targeting legacy systems or those lacking API capabilities.

Leverage Power Apps and Power Automate to design interactive and adaptive user interfaces by incorporating advanced FX formulas and efficient query logic.

Create tailored business applications leveraging Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to meet specific organizational requirements.

Develop intuitive, responsive interfaces that meet specified business needs and enhance user experience.

Develop and oversee SharePoint lists and libraries while seamlessly integrating them with Power Platform applications and automated workflows.

Maintain organized document libraries, manage permission settings, and uphold metadata structures to ensure efficient information management and accessibility.

Work collaboratively across various departments to collect and assess requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives while providing customized solutions.

Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing assistance to end-users regarding implemented solutions.

Oversee adherence to established organizational protocols governing data management, security measures, and application lifecycle oversight.

Responsibilities include overseeing the upkeep of technical documentation, user manuals, and change logs while ensuring their accuracy and currency. Additionally, the role entails continuously evaluating the performance and reliability of existing automations and applications to identify and address any potential issues proactively.

Refine and enhance solutions by incorporating user insights and adjusting to dynamic business needs.

Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team. Familiarity with project management methodologies and a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines are highly valued.

Applicants must hold a university degree in any discipline and demonstrate 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in utilizing Power Automate to design, implement, and optimize workflows and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions is essential.

Proven expertise in SQL and related data query languages is essential.

Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and connecting with external services is required.

Skilled in designing and implementing tailored connectors within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Proficient in leveraging Data Analytics tools, Data verse, Azure AD, and connectors within the Microsoft ecosystem is required.

Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting is essential.

Demonstrated capacity to oversee several concurrent projects while maintaining clear, consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
