Job Summary
We seek a proficient IT Officer to oversee and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, hardware, software, CCTV systems, and data backup protocols.
The successful applicant will oversee seamless IT operations, deliver expert technical assistance, uphold robust system security, and facilitate business continuity initiatives.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role are mandatory. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are essential. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, along with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively, are required. Familiarity with project management methodologies and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development are also necessary.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, such as OND, HND, or B.Sc., is required.
Seeking candidates with three to five years of hands-on experience in IT support or administration roles.
Demonstrates extensive expertise in computer systems, network infrastructure, troubleshooting methodologies, and data backup procedures.
Effective communication, analytical problem-solving, and strong organizational abilities are essential.
