Job Summary
We seek a proficient IT Officer to oversee and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, hardware, software, CCTV, and data backup procedures.
The successful applicant will oversee seamless IT operations, deliver expert technical assistance, uphold system security protocols, and facilitate business continuity efforts.
The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
A bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline is required.
We are seeking candidates with three to five years of hands-on experience in IT support or administration roles.
Proficiency in computer systems, network operations, troubleshooting methodologies, and data backup procedures is required.
Effective interpersonal communication, strong analytical problem-solving abilities, and meticulous organizational skills are essential for this role.
