This position encompasses the preparation of loan applications, assessment of clients’ financial data, and computation of risk ratios. Proficiency in lending protocols and prior customer service involvement are essential for excelling in this role.
You will play a key role in facilitating timely loan acquisitions for our clients while ensuring full compliance with all stipulated requirements.
Develops and implements strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and drive organizational growth. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Maintain meticulous records of decisions and provide clear explanations for any denials to applicants.

Set up payment plans
Accurate and up-to-date documentation of loan applications must be consistently maintained to ensure compliance and efficiency in processing.
Ensure timely and thorough follow-up communications with clients regarding the renewal of their loans to maintain strong relationships and facilitate smooth transaction processes.
Track the ongoing status of current loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments and identify potential risks.
Collect repayments on a daily and weekly basis to ensure timely receipt of funds.
We seek a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, demonstrating expertise in project management, analytical problem-solving, and strong interpersonal communication. The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, preferably supplemented by professional certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Project, Excel, and Power BI, is essential. Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are required. Additionally, familiarity with agile methodologies and prior experience in a leadership role will be highly advantageous.

The annual compensation for this position commences at $104,000, with potential for advancement based on performance and tenure.
