About the Job

We seek a meticulous and highly organized Procurement & Facility Manager to enhance our Corporate Services team.

The successful applicant will assume a pivotal position overseeing IT and general procurement functions, cultivating vendor partnerships, conducting contract negotiations, and overseeing facility management—all while guaranteeing cost-effectiveness, operational excellence, and strict adherence to organizational policies.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, proficiency in project management software, and strong analytical capabilities. The ideal applicant must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Additionally, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is also essential.

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking professionals with a proven track record of 3 to 5 years in procurement, ideally within financial services or a technology-focused sector.

Possesses extensive expertise in IT procurement processes, vendor assessment methodologies, and contract administration practices.

Proven ability in negotiation, analytical reasoning, and meticulous documentation.
