Job Purpose

This position is responsible for driving the sales of the company’s products and services within a designated line of business (LOB).

Delivers steady, revenue-enhancing growth in sales within the line of business by implementing established sales strategies.

Oversee and execute a diverse range of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and foster innovation within the team. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve challenges, and drive sustainable growth. Maintain meticulous records, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making at all levels. Develop and execute strategies to secure sales across a designated portfolio of accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding the company’s established sales objectives.

Explore additional sales prospects within current accounts to nurture and strengthen client-account manager relationships through strategic up-selling and cross-selling efforts.

Facilitating and actively participating in client meetings to ensure alignment, gather requirements, and provide updates on project progress.

Crafting proposals, bids, and quotes forms a core responsibility within this role.

Attend all scheduled sales meetings and participate in Tech shows as needed.

Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by actively engaging with clients to exceed their expectations.

Collect and deliver customer feedback while addressing and resolving any arising issues.

Ensure customer contact information remains current and accurate by consistently updating and maintaining detailed records.

Identify, manage, and escalate client conflicts as needed, while working to resolve them promptly and effectively.

Collaborate and align with the sales team as well as colleagues from other departments to ensure cohesive account management.

Assess and determine the financial parameters set by clients to guide project scope and resource allocation.

Consistently achieve and surpass established targets and deadlines for assigned accounts while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
