THESHOPTHERA LIMITED is in search of a meticulous and thoroughly organized inventory operations officer to enhance inventory accuracy, manage stock control, and drive operational excellence throughout the organization.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Serve as a primary liaison between senior management and employees, facilitating transparent communication and aligning departmental goals with broader company objectives. Additionally, identify training needs, mentor staff, and foster a culture of professional growth and accountability.

Facilitate inventory control and stock management processes to ensure accurate tracking and optimal stock levels.

Uphold stringent inventory accuracy and maintain impeccable organizational standards at all times.

Perform inventory-related operational tasks in strict adherence to established company protocols and guidelines.

Oversee stock movement to maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records.

Conduct inventory verification, perform stock counts, and execute operational audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Examine inventory records to detect discrepancies, elevate issues to the appropriate personnel, and collaborate on solutions to resolve inconsistencies efficiently.

Enhance and refine inventory processes and operational efficiency through ongoing initiatives.

Work collaboratively with diverse teams across the organization to maintain seamless business operations.

A high level of accuracy and thoroughness is essential.
