Monitor and oversee inventory levels throughout the campus to ensure accurate stock tracking and availability.
Accurately document all stock movements, including both inflows and outflows, to ensure precise record-keeping.
Perform routine physical inventory counts and resolve any discrepancies found.
Monitor and evaluate expenditures associated with inventory management and operational activities.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for every inventory transaction conducted.
Collaborate effectively with procurement and accounts teams to manage stock-related issues.
Compile and present inventory and cost reports for managerial assessment and decision-making purposes.
Examine variances, waste, or inefficiencies and promptly document and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders to facilitate corrective action.
Ensure adherence to established internal control protocols to maintain regulatory and operational integrity within the organization.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by management, as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology. A minimum of three years of professional experience in software development, system administration, or a related technical discipline is required. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with experience working with databases, APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment are also necessary. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is highly preferred. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory for this role.
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field, such as a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND), is required.
ACA, ARCA, or MBA qualifications are highly beneficial for candidates with these credentials.
Demonstrated proficiency in analytical reasoning and quantitative analysis is essential.
Maintaining a strong commitment to ethical standards, precision, and meticulousness is essential.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining a high standard of organization and efficiency in dynamic environments.
