Handle purchase requisitions efficiently and promptly, ensuring the accurate creation of purchase orders.
Secure competitive pricing from diverse suppliers by soliciting and evaluating quotes, analyzing both domestic and international market rates to confirm optimal cost efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents.
Update and manage sales and customer databases to ensure they remain current and accurate.
Facilitate the coordination and scheduling of transportation services to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to clients.
Provide administrative support to sales teams, handling all associated tasks efficiently and accurately.
Prepare and submit all invoices to the relevant entities for processing and payment.
Facilitate the resolution of discrepancies or issues arising with suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and operational efficiency.
Maintain strict adherence to established company policies and procedures governing procurement and inventory management.
Facilitate ongoing coordination with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of delivery schedules and updates.
Provide support in the acceptance and examination of incoming orders or products, ensuring accurate quantity verification and quality assessment.
Conduct assessments to evaluate the performance of suppliers by analyzing key metrics and providing detailed reports to management.
