As the Social Media Specialist, your core responsibility will involve implementing our content strategy and overseeing our brand’s social media presence across every platform. You will craft engaging, brand-aligned content, foster authentic interactions with our audiences, and drive growth for two beloved Nigerian brands.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Overseeing and sustaining our social media content calendar across all platforms is essential to ensuring consistent engagement and strategic outreach. This role involves coordinating the publication schedule, aligning posts with brand messaging, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize reach and impact. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are required to manage deadlines, adapt to evolving trends, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in social media management tools and a deep understanding of platform-specific best practices are also necessary to execute this responsibility successfully.

Crafting visually compelling photographs, concise videos, and engaging captions that authentically embody our brand’s identity and tone.

Crafting and disseminating engaging content while actively overseeing incoming comments, direct messages, and brand references across platforms in a timely manner.

Addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across various digital channels forms a core responsibility of this role.

Monitoring emerging social media trends and developing innovative content proposals are essential duties, requiring keen insight into audience preferences and platform dynamics.

Delivering cohesive content to bolster campaigns, outlet openings, and various events represents a core responsibility of this role. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with teams to develop and execute strategic content initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
