Main Functions
Review project engineering work—conducted internally as well as by contractors and subcontractors—to verify full compliance with established project specifications, corporate standards, and applicable regulatory mandates.
Delivers disciplined engineering and design processes in strict adherence to project objectives, goals, and established protocols to ensure seamless execution.
Ensures precise and prompt exchanges of information among the Project Team and various Company departments regarding discipline engineering tasks, progress, and challenges. Beyond technical expertise, candidates must exhibit strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while maintaining high standards of efficiency and precision. Assign responsibilities to team members as needed, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the process. Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and achieve desired results. Address challenges proactively, adapting strategies to meet evolving demands and maintain operational excellence.
In addition to the duties and obligations associated with Levels 1 and 2, Level 3 encompasses the following responsibilities:
Oversee programs for the full life cycle of control systems, encompassing inventory management, obsolescence planning, spare parts administration, and strategic upgrade or replacement initiatives.
Support control system maintenance and testing activities as needed, including software upgrades, ESD testing, offline and online testing, and coordination of tasks—whether the plant is operational or undergoing a shutdown.
We are responsible for developing and overseeing maintenance plans for metering systems, encompassing custody transfer, allocation, regulatory compliance, and leak detection applications.
Assist in the organization and execution of activities pertaining to the protection and integrity of control systems against cyber threats.
Review systems to verify compliance with the company’s Industrial Control System Requirements (CSR), thereby mitigating cybersecurity risks and safeguarding critical infrastructure against potential threats.
Collaborate in cross-functional alarm management initiatives, such as alarm rationalization, prioritization, the creation of state-based alarm strategies, and the design or modification of alarm systems.
Review, revise, and produce instrument and control technical documentation and drawings, such as PIDs, cause-and-effect diagrams, and control narratives.
Conduct onsite visits to the production affiliate offices and facilities to provide hands-on support or implement new global support initiatives.
We are seeking a professional who possesses strong analytical abilities, proficiency in software tools, and excellent communication skills to excel in this role. Ideal candidates should hold a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or computer science, and have at least three years of experience in a similar position. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines is essential. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is also required.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, is required, along with equivalent professional experience.
Professionals must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of discipline-specific design standards, technical specifications, regulatory codes, and established safety criteria to ensure compliance and mitigate risks effectively.
Capable of examining, assessing, and revising cause-and-effect relationships, PIDs, logic and architecture diagrams, as well as control narratives with precision and thoroughness.

Demonstrates expertise in selecting, implementing, and specifying ISA data sheet requirements for a range of hardware, including pressure, temperature, and level instruments, control valves, shutdown valves, and fire and gas detection systems.
Skilled in gathering and interpreting data using widely utilized database and analytical software, including SAP, Excel Analytics, and Tableau.
Ability to effectively manage tight deadlines, substantial workloads, and dynamic shifts in priorities with resilience and flexibility is required.
Demonstrates advanced proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Fluent proficiency in English is required for reading, writing, and speaking, particularly in the context of technical and business communications.
