We seek a dependable and diligent Male Compound Cleaner to strengthen our team in Marlboro.
Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance across all departments. Collaborate with senior management to align departmental goals with broader company initiatives, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for enhancement, and drive data-informed decision-making. Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and frontline employees, facilitating clear communication, feedback mechanisms, and alignment with company values and objectives.
Ensure the compound and its surrounding areas remain consistently clean and well-maintained at all times.
Responsible for performing thorough floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and proper disposal of waste materials.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the environment on a daily basis.
Adhere strictly to established safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a secure and hygienic environment.
Execute additional cleaning responsibilities as directed.
Requirements
With two years or less of professional experience—or none at all—you are encouraged to submit your application.
We seek candidates between the ages of 22 and 31 years.
Must reside close to the Marlboro, More, and BAFO area, with no provision for accommodation.
