Oversee and execute core responsibilities to ensure operational excellence, including managing daily workflows, coordinating team activities, and maintaining high standards of performance. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and best practices while upholding accountability and transparency in all actions.

Supervise and lead the import documentation team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all required paperwork for international shipments.

Ensure adherence to all Nigerian Customs regulations and relevant statutory policies.

Review and authorize Form M, PAIR, SO NCAP, and other pertinent documentation to ensure compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements.

Enhance and refine documentation processes and internal controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact and foster collaborative relationships with regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and governmental entities to ensure seamless communication and adherence to established guidelines.

Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management regarding import operations and activities for strategic decision-making and oversight.

Develop and guide junior employees through structured training programs and ongoing mentorship to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, preferably holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management tools, and excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with industry-specific software and regulatory compliance standards is essential. Additionally, the role demands a keen attention to detail, the capacity to work under deadlines, and a collaborative mindset to support cross-functional teams.

A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Shipping, Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.

With a minimum of five years of expertise in import documentation, including at least two years in a leadership capacity, you will bring a strong foundation of knowledge and operational insight to this role.

Compensation and Perquisites

The role offers a competitive annual salary, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. Eligibility for performance-based bonuses is also part of the total rewards structure.

A competitive monthly salary ranging from N600,000 to N850,000 is offered for this position.

Responsible for managing and overseeing pension plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and processing participant contributions, withdrawals, and benefit distributions in accordance with established policies. Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in pension administration systems. Duties include maintaining accurate records, resolving participant inquiries, and collaborating with financial institutions to facilitate seamless plan operations. A yearly bonus equivalent to one month’s salary is provided as part of the compensation package.
