Oversee and execute a range of critical tasks encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success. Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions for enhanced productivity. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment of objectives.

Oversee the comprehensive recruitment and selection lifecycle, encompassing job advertisement, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and seamless integration of new hires. Address employee relations matters, offer expert counsel on disciplinary measures, and uphold equitable conflict resolution processes.

Design and implement training and development initiatives aimed at bolstering employee competencies and fostering career advancement opportunities.

Maintain adherence to all applicable labor regulations in Nigeria.

Ensure employee records, HR databases, and all pertinent documentation remain precise and current at all times.

Oversee payroll operations, benefits administration, leave management, and compensation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and regulations.

Support the creation and execution of HR policies and procedures while conducting audits and compiling detailed reports for management and regulatory bodies. Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement through strategic initiatives. Oversee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and facilitating offboarding procedures. Partner with department heads to align manpower planning with workforce optimization goals.

Facilitate comprehensive internal and external HR audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor of Science degree or Higher National Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with at least five years of progressively responsible HR experience, including two years in a leadership capacity. Prior experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector is highly desirable.

We seek a candidate with a strong background in project management, demonstrating proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies to oversee cross-functional teams. The ideal applicant will possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Key requirements include a minimum of five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and expertise in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau. Collaborative by nature, the role demands effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, convey complex ideas clearly, and foster team cohesion. Additionally, familiarity with industry-specific software and a commitment to continuous professional development are highly valued.

Requires a thorough understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices. Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities. Exhibits proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP software.
