Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and engage qualified candidates through targeted sourcing and rigorous screening, facilitating structured interviews across departments. Oversee the complete onboarding lifecycle to guarantee a smooth and efficient integration for new employees.
HR Administration & Payroll Support: Responsible for ensuring employee records—both digital and physical—remain accurate and current. Additionally, provide assistance with monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
You will serve as the primary resource for employees seeking clarification on company policies, benefits, and workplace procedures. Additionally, you will coordinate and facilitate internal team-building events and engagement programs to foster a positive workplace environment.
Support performance management initiatives by assisting with the execution of appraisal cycles, monitoring key performance indicators, and maintaining records of evaluation results.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company regulations across all HR functions. Develop and submit routine operational reports detailing key HR metrics.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in a similar position, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Excel, with proven ability to derive actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional projects and delivering measurable results.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, SOX) and risk management frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
A relevant degree, such as a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field, is required.
Proven experience in an HR operational or officer capacity spanning 2 to 4 years is required.
Progress toward or completion of HR certifications, such as the CPM or PRI, would be considered a valuable asset.
