Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from crafting and disseminating job postings to conducting phone screens, in-person interviews, and maintaining consistent, professional communication with candidates and recruitment leadership throughout the process.
Diligently source resumes from multiple recruitment platforms to ensure a robust and well-qualified pool of candidates that aligns with hiring needs.
Conduct a thorough review of CVs to identify and shortlist the most suitable candidates for subsequent stages of the hiring process.
Develop a network of applicant sources and gather relevant data by identifying and engaging with community service organizations, educational institutions, employment agencies, fellow recruiters, media outlets, and online platforms.
Oversee the publication of job vacancies across high-performing recruitment platforms.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Experience with software development methodologies, version control systems, and collaborative project management is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to work effectively within cross-functional teams are required to ensure seamless project execution.
With a minimum of two to three years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably gained in roles such as an in-house recruiter, headhunter, or within a recruitment agency, ideally within the FMCG sector.
