Additionally, the position requires a strong understanding of Nigeria Labour Laws, expertise in HR budgeting and forecasting, proficiency in HR database management, and compensation management. Proficiency in manufacturing setup procedures is a prerequisite for this role.
Membership in either CI PMN or PHR/SPHR is highly beneficial.
