The role involves managing the organization’s HR policies and strategies, leading HR staff, handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions, overseeing HR training and development initiatives, implementing performance management systems to foster high performance, and overseeing recruitment and selection processes. Additionally, the position requires a strong understanding of Nigeria Labour Laws, expertise in HR budgeting and forecasting, proficiency in HR database management, and compensation management. The successful candidate must also align HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success.

We seek candidates who possess the necessary qualifications and professional experience to excel in this role. Ideal applicants will have a demonstrated track record of success in their field, along with relevant certifications or educational credentials where applicable. Prior hands-on experience in key responsibilities is essential, as evidenced by a history of achieving measurable outcomes in similar positions. Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous professional development are also highly valued traits. Familiarity with industry-specific tools, technologies, or methodologies is required to perform duties effectively.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related discipline is required, with a master’s degree serving as a beneficial qualification.

Accomplished human resources professionals with a proven track record of delivering impactful results spanning 5 to 10 years are sought for this role.

Proficiency in manufacturing setup procedures is a prerequisite for this role.

Membership in either CI PMN or PHR/SPHR is highly beneficial.
