Summary

The Human Resources Officer oversees recruitment initiatives, streamlines onboarding processes, maintains accurate employee records, and ensures staff welfare while managing performance evaluations and training programs. Oversee a diverse range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational efficiency and excellence. We oversee the planning and execution of recruitment initiatives and new hire integration processes.

Oversee the organization and upkeep of all employee records and related documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.

Facilitate the implementation and enhancement of performance management frameworks and systems to drive organizational effectiveness and employee development.

Design and implement comprehensive staff training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational performance.

Education: Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited institution. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or specialized certifications pertinent to the role. Relevant coursework and academic achievements may be considered favorably.
