Summary

Oversee the compilation, organization, and management of employee records and related documentation. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with established policies and regulatory standards throughout all record-keeping processes.

Develop and administer staff training and development initiatives to enhance performance and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Oversee the tracking and maintenance of attendance and leave records to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.

Education
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in an accredited institution, with a focus on early childhood education, elementary education, or a related field. A valid teaching certification or license is required, along with a minimum of two years of teaching experience in a classroom setting. Familiarity with state and federal education standards, as well as proficiency in implementing differentiated instruction strategies, is essential.
