QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Professional certification, such as the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CPM) or equivalent qualifications, is a valuable asset.

Accumulated expertise in Human Resources and Administrative functions is essential.

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Human Resources department, responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least five years of progressive HR experience, including expertise in talent acquisition and employee development. Strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and proficiency in HR information systems are essential. This role requires the ability to manage confidential matters with discretion, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Design, execute, and oversee HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure organizational compliance and operational efficiency.

Oversee the comprehensive recruitment lifecycle, encompassing the selection, onboarding, and offboarding of employees, from initiation to conclusion.

Oversee the administration of employee records while ensuring the precision and integrity of all HR documentation.

Facilitate the organization and execution of employee performance management and evaluation systems.

Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee welfare initiatives to ensure seamless administration and alignment with organizational policies.

The role involves overseeing administrative operations to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency within the organization. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and facilitating communication between departments. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with staff and external stakeholders. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior administrative experience is preferred.

Responsible for directing office administration, facilities management, and operational support services, ensuring seamless daily operations. Oversee the management of company assets, inventory control, and procurement procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance.

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external vendors while overseeing the negotiation, execution, and management of service agreements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Maintain a secure, orderly, and efficient workspace to support productivity and operational excellence.

Oversee the administrative team, drivers, and support staff to ensure efficient daily operations.

Oversee and administer office budgets and administrative expenditures to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.

Organize and oversee all aspects of travel arrangements, logistics planning, meeting schedules, and corporate events to ensure seamless execution and adherence to company standards.
