The company’s Appraisal Process must be overseen, developed, coordinated, and executed in full alignment with established standards, with appraisal forms distributed punctually, interviews conducted as scheduled, and completed forms returned by the specified deadlines.
Oversee the entire process of conducting follow-up interviews stemming from performance appraisals, providing tailored guidance, counsel, and professional development opportunities to ensure alignment with organizational standards and expectations.
The incumbent will provide administrative oversight and expert guidance to Line Managers regarding the company’s Counseling, Grievance, and Disciplinary Procedures.
Oversee and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s Personnel database by maintaining meticulous records of all staff activities, including sickness, holidays, and absences.
The role involves overseeing the coordination and execution of termination and dismissal processes, as well as conducting exit interviews.
Ensure the upkeep of cleanliness throughout the facilities and coordinate necessary repairs as required.
Oversee the security unit’s operations and maintain consistent communication with the designated Security Company.
Provide support in the management and administration of branch facilities and office operations.
Provide support in budget management and forecasting for all facility maintenance requirements.
Responsibilities include managing and supervising all logistics operations to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency throughout the process.
Manage email system operations in collaboration with the designated IT Officer to ensure optimal IT functionality.
Organize and facilitate staff meetings while ensuring thorough preparation and accurate documentation. Additionally, oversee the compilation and distribution of meeting minutes to relevant parties.
Offer comprehensive assistance to all departments within the organization; facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
The role involves facilitating clear communication, synchronizing operations, and addressing inquiries or challenges in a timely manner to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
Maintain accurate and confidential corporate and statutory regulatory agency files, as well as company records, ensuring their integrity and security at all times.
Responsibilities also include performing additional duties as required by the Group Head of Human Resources and/or the Group Managing Director.
Applicants must possess a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in the specified field, supplemented by a minimum of [X] years of professional experience in a comparable role.
