Job Summary

The HR/Admin & Operations Officer will oversee the organization’s human resources, administrative, and operational activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This role will function as the primary contact for office management, maintaining seamless workflows while advancing HR initiatives, fostering employee engagement, upholding compliance standards, and enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.

Oversee and execute a range of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Develop and maintain efficient processes to enhance productivity and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion, foster innovation, and achieve measurable outcomes. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions to optimize workflows. Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and coordination to meet business goals. Ensure adherence to compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout all initiatives.

Oversee complete recruitment processes, from initial sourcing to final hiring, and facilitate thorough onboarding procedures, ensuring all employee documentation is accurately maintained.

Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and updating of staff records, HR databases, and personnel files.

Facilitate the implementation of performance management, employee relations, and staff development programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Supervise daily office functions and maintain seamless collaboration between departments.

Oversee and manage administrative functions, office operations, and facility maintenance to ensure efficient and seamless workplace functionality.

Design and deploy operational processes and systems with the objective of enhancing efficiency and productivity.

Ensure adherence to established HR policies, labor laws, and internal operational procedures to maintain organizational integrity and regulatory compliance.

Oversee the administration of leave policies, maintain accurate attendance records, and coordinate staff welfare initiatives.

Coordinate meetings, draft comprehensive reports, and administer office supplies while ensuring the oversight of company assets.

Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless business operations.

Execute additional human resources, administrative, and operational tasks as directed by leadership.

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team, with a strong background in project management and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with excellent communication and leadership skills, is essential. Additionally, a minimum of five years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field are required. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing team performance, and ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent discipline.

A minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in an HR, Administration, or Operations management role is required.

Proficiency in the real estate, media, or a comparable industry represents a valuable asset for this role.

Demonstrates extensive expertise in human resources practices, office administration, and operational management.

Proficient knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements is essential.

Seasoned leadership capabilities, demonstrated aptitude for effective communication, strong interpersonal acumen, and refined organizational proficiency are essential.

Proven aptitude for resolving complex issues coupled with the skill to prioritize tasks efficiently in dynamic environments.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and specialized HR/administrative management systems is required.

Proficiency in autonomous work, ensuring strict confidentiality, and fostering operational excellence.
