Perform comprehensive site safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established safety protocols and regulations.
Conduct thorough evaluations of potential risks and systematically identify workplace hazards to ensure a safe and compliant operational environment.
Conduct thorough examinations of accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and contributing factors.
Ensure strict adherence to all applicable safety regulations and established standards across operations.
Facilitate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) inductions, deliver specialized training sessions, and conduct focused toolbox talks to ensure comprehensive safety awareness and compliance across all operational activities.
Ensure the correct and consistent application of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times to maintain a safe working environment and mitigate potential hazards.
Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and oversee waste management practices.
Develop and oversee emergency preparedness and response initiatives to ensure effective coordination during critical situations.
Responsible for the accurate preparation, maintenance, and upkeep of all HSE records, reports, and associated documentation.
Propose and oversee corrective and preventive measures to ensure sustained improvement and compliance.

Seeking candidates with a strong educational background in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. A Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
Requires at least five years of specialized HSE experience within the construction sector.
Relevant HSE certifications such as BOSH, JOSH, OSHA, IS PON, or their equivalents are mandatory for this position.
Familiarity with regional health, safety, and environmental compliance standards is required.
Proven expertise in performing comprehensive safety audits, conducting thorough inspections, and leading detailed incident investigations.
