The HR/Admin Executive will assume a pivotal role in facilitating both human resources functions and administrative operations. Overseeing human resources functions encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, training and development initiatives, policy formulation, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires proficiency in HR software systems, adherence to ethical standards, strong interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts, expertise in talent acquisition strategies, knowledge of compensation structures, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while ensuring organizational compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, the position demands a keen understanding of employee engagement tactics, workforce planning, and the development of initiatives to enhance productivity and retention.

We facilitate recruitment operations by developing job postings, reviewing candidate applications, organizing interview schedules, and managing the onboarding procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and personnel files

Assist in the creation and execution of human resources policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.

Track employee performance records and facilitate performance management procedures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and standards.

Ensure adherence to all applicable labor regulations, organizational policies, and established HR standards to mitigate risk and maintain operational integrity.

Perform a range of administrative responsibilities to maintain efficient office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Provide exceptional support to staff and clients by addressing inquiries promptly, directing calls, and organizing files. Utilize office software and tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Ensure the seamless functioning of daily office activities to maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity.

Oversee the inventory of office supplies and ensure timely restocking as needed.

Manage correspondence, documentation, and internal communications efficiently and effectively.

Provide operational assistance for corporate gatherings, educational sessions, and organizational functions.

Ensure the office remains consistently clean, meticulously organized, and maintained to the highest professional standards at all times.

Oversee data management and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of organizational data. Maintain and update databases, validate data quality, and generate timely, insightful reports for stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data standards and reporting frameworks with business objectives.

Compiles and produces HR and administrative reports with meticulous precision and attention to detail.

Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee data through meticulous handling and rigorous security protocols.

Facilitate the processing of payroll inputs and manage the administration of employee benefits to ensure accuracy and timeliness in compensation and benefits delivery.

Requirements:

Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a closely related discipline.

Highly preferred are relevant professional certifications including, but not limited to, CPM, PRI, or comparable credentials.

A minimum of three years of practical experience in a comparable HR or administrative position is required.

Demonstrates advanced expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to leverage these tools effectively to meet business needs.

Demonstrates outstanding ability to organize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively.
