HR Intern – Lagos (6-Month Internship)
We are currently seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team in Lagos for a six-month internship program. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of HR principles. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with HR-related administrative tasks. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and prior HR experience being advantageous. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR team to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.
A degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or an equivalent field is required.
A member of the 2026 Batch A2 National Youth Service Corps (NYC) assigned to either Lagos or another designated location is sought for this position. The ideal candidate must be a dedicated and enthusiastic individual ready to contribute effectively within a dynamic team environment. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are essential attributes for this role. Responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues to achieve organizational goals, participating in team meetings, and upholding the values of professionalism and integrity throughout all tasks.
