We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team at hotel capitol
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
Manage reservations and booking systems
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND/BSC with 1-2 years experience
Previous experience in hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (knowledge of hotel booking systems is a plus)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Professional appearance and attitude
Must have completed NYSC
Proximity to work location (Ogba, Agege, Ojota, Ketu, Ojodu Berger, Akute, Ikeja) axis.
